Founded by Leonardo Alves, Rafael Noguerol, and Carlos Pecanha, Sqala was born from the vision of building next-generation financial solutions for the digital economy. Today, we are a 26-person team working in a hybrid model, with some based in our Rio de Janeiro headquarters and others fully remote.
